Code of Conduct & Employee Responsibilities

To maintain a positive, productive, and disciplined work environment, all team members are expected to follow the guidelines below without exception.

1. Foundational Conduct

Equality & Respect

All team members are considered equal.

All communication, with both colleagues and managers, must be respectful and professional.

 

Attendance & Workplace

All team members must work from the office and stay at their designated desks only.

Working from home or other locations is not allowed unless explicitly approved via the formal procedure (see Section III).

Any planned leave must be informed in advance to the manager.

 

Lunch Breaks

Lunch must be taken within the allocated time. Extended or long lunch breaks are not permitted.

 

2. Operational Responsiveness​​

 Prompt Communication Between Teams

Communication between departments/teams must be immediate and without delay, especially for providing access or support.

Every group member must respond promptly. Delays will not be accepted.

 

Bot Access Management

Bot access is managed by Akash, Muzammal, Amna, Ayesha and Wajiha.

Access must be granted on time and without delay.

 

3. Formal Procedures & Compliance​

Leave Requests

Submission: Send an email one day in advance to muzammal@sniperautotrader.com and akash@sniperautotrader.com.

CC: damandhillon@sniperautotrader.com and monty@sniperautotrader.com.

Review: Managers will review and approve/disapprove based on the validity and solidity of the reason.

Limit: Only one leave per month is allowed.

 

Work-from-Home (WFH) Requests

 

Eligibility: WFH is allowed only with a valid and solid reason that must be clearly explained in the request.

Submission: Send an email to muzammal@sniperautotrader.com and akash@sniperautotrader.com.

CC: damandhillon@sniperautotrader.com and monty@sniperautotrader.com.

Review: Managers will review and approve/disapprove based on the validity and solidity of the reason. 

 

Late Arrivals 


Procedure: If you are coming late to work, you must send a direct message in the “Attendance” group on Virola with your reason.

Frequency: This should only happen occasionally, not on a regular basis.
